1. WATER

A) Administrative Review Fee

@$50.00 per lot

B) Equity Buy-in Fee

@$2,716.78 per lot

2. SEWER

A) Administrative Review Fee

@$50.00 per lot

B) Sewer Capital Improvement Fee

@$100 Lift Station Buy-in (Paid by Developer)

@ $150.00 per lot (Treatment Buy-in)

3. WATER ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW AND INSPECTION FEE FOR ON-SITE INSPECTOR (Based on material and labor)

A) first $50,000.00 x 10%

B) second $50,000.00 x 7.5%

C) remaining  x 5%

4.     FLUSHING-SAMPLING-TESTING OF WATER LINES

A) $4.00 per thousand gallons of water used for 5 flushes

B) $25.00 for each bacteriological sample per 1,000 feet of pipe

5.  WATER SERVICE FEE

A) Meter Setting

@$407.00 per lot

6.  WATER I WASTEWATER SERVICE FEE

A) Customer Service Inspection Fee (TCEQ requirement)

@$125.00 per lot

B) Customer Sewer Connection Inspection

@$100.00 per lot

7.     MEMBERSHIP FEE

A) @$100.00 per lot water

B) @$100.00 per lot sewer
