Report a Problem

If you suspect a water main is broken, immediately call so it can be repaired as soon as possible.  Signs of a broken water main are water running down the pavement or in the ditch.  Don’t assume your neighbor called.

Call Customer Service at (800) 580-8381 anytime of the day or night. After hours the call will be received by the Answering Service and the information relayed to the on-duty personnel.
