The Military Highway Water Supply Corporation offers a variety of convenient payment options for our residents. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Payment in full is due on or before the due date shown on your bill using one of the following payment options:
Via the Mail using Check or Money Order
Please allow five business days for the mail to be delivered to the office. Your payment will be processed the same day it arrives at the office.

In Person Payment Drop Off
Payments in person are accepted at the corporate office in Relampago - 2 miles east of Progreso on US Highway 281. Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Credit and Debit Cards are accepted. Drive-thru lanes are open during the lunch hour. After hours or on weekends and holidays, payments can be made using our night depository located on the building wall next to first drive-thru lane. Payments should be in the form of check or money order (No Cash) and will be processed on the next business day.

Pay Online
Our Online Bill Payment Service allows you the convenience of paying your utility bill online without the hassle of envelopes, checks, and stamps. You must first register as a user.To find out how, click on "How to Use the Online Bill Payment Service" link.
Once you have registered, you can choose either to view your account activity or pay your bill online. Visa, Discover, and MasterCard are accepted at this time. E-checks can also be used to pay your bill online. The company that processes the online payments for us charges a convenience fee for their service.
Pay with Bank E-Check Bill Pay Service
You can pay your bill through your bank's Bill Pay Service. This process will take up to five business days for the check to be sent to our office. Your payment will be processed the same day it arrives at the office.
Pay by Phone
You can now pay your bill with a credit card, debit card, or eCheck over the phone! Simply call our payment partners, Paymentus, Inc. at 1-844-838-5345 and have your account number and payment information handy.*
*There is a convenience fee charged for this service by the company, Paymentus, Inc., that processes phone payment for MHWSC.
Automatic Bank Draft
You are able to sign up for automatic bank draft payments. Once you sign up for automatic bank draft, the amount due is automatically withdrawn from your financial institution on the due date shown on your bill. If the due date falls on a weekend or holiday, the automatic withdrawal will be completed on the next business day. To sign up you need to go the main office and fill out the necessary paperwork.
